About Stretch Property Maintenance
in Ankeny, Urbandale, Johnston and surrounding areas
Rooted in Community. Built on Quality.
Stretch Property Maintenance was founded by Joshua Hollister, a local Iowan who believes great lawn care starts with honesty, reliability, and pride in your work. What began as helping neighbors turned into a company known for showing up on time, communicating clearly, and delivering premium results. Joshua built Stretch on simple but rare values: do the job right, respect people’s property, and always stand behind your work.
Today, Stretch serves homeowners and businesses throughout Ankeny, Urbandale, Johnston, and nearby communities with the same neighbor-first mindset. When you hire Stretch, you’re choosing a team that cares about your lawn — and your experience — as much as you do.
A Team That Works Hard and Stands Apart
Stretch isn’t a “quick cut” crew rushing through yards. Every team member is trained to work with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail. From mowing and fertilization to weed control, aeration, and cleanups, the focus is always on quality and consistency — not speed. Joshua has shaped a team that treats every lawn like their own, ensuring clean lines, careful workmanship, and lawn care you can count on season after season.
Whether you need weekly maintenance or full lawn care programs, Stretch Property Maintenance is committed to giving you a lawn that stays healthy, clean, and reliably cared for. This is a company built on integrity, hard work, and a genuine commitment to the community.
